A Career Built On Discipline And Delivery
With over 30 years of distinguished service in the Pakistan Armed Forces, Mr. Niazi has built an exceptional career founded on leadership, integrity, discipline, and operational excellence.
Throughout his military career, he served in diverse command and staff appointments, acquiring extensive expertise in administration, strategic planning, logistics, command, operations, and human resource management.
Following his retirement from military service, Mr. Niazi successfully transitioned into the corporate sector, where he continued to demonstrate outstanding leadership and management capabilities. He served as Company Secretary at Fauji Foods Limited for four years, gaining valuable experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, board affairs, stakeholder coordination, and corporate administration.
Mr. Niazi has also successfully led businesses in the security services, logistics, reverse logistics, and supply chain sectors. He served as an authorized contractor for the Pakistan Armed Forces, managing the procurement and supply of specialized materials from China, a role that sharpened his expertise in international sourcing, procurement management, and cross-border logistics.
Under his leadership, Royal Bridge International executed one of Pakistan's most significant reverse logistics and sustainability initiatives under the Punjab Government's Chief Minister School Meal Program (2025-26), managing the recollection, transportation, and recycling of approximately 65 million used milk packs from nearly 11,000 schools across 11 districts, 40 tehsils, and Special Education Schools in all six divisions of Punjab.
Mr. Niazi is recognized for his strategic vision, commitment to excellence, and ability to build high-performing teams capable of delivering complex projects with efficiency and professionalism.
