Proven Logistics.
Real-World Execution.
From government programs and nationwide distribution networks to reverse logistics and recovery operations, Royal Bridge International delivers logistics solutions built around complex operational requirements.
Explore selected work that shows how RBI brings transportation, distribution, fleet management, reverse logistics, recycling and supply-chain capabilities together in the field.

From Complex Requirements to Coordinated Execution.
Every logistics project begins with a different set of requirements. Different industries, locations, volumes, timelines and operational challenges call for different approaches.
Royal Bridge International combines the capabilities each project needs — from transportation and distribution to warehousing, fleet management, reverse logistics, recycling and supply-chain coordination — and coordinates them as one operation.
Our project experience shows how those capabilities work together to support complex, multi-location programs across Pakistan.
Requirements
Scope, geography, volumes and timelines defined with the client.
Integrated Capabilities
The right logistics functions assembled into one operating model.
Coordinated Execution
Delivered and controlled across every operational touchpoint.
Punjab Government School Meal Program
Under the Punjab School Meal Program, Royal Bridge International designed and operated a nationwide reverse-logistics network — collecting, sorting and recycling post-consumption tetra pak cartons from more than 11,000 schools across 11 districts.
The program brought collection, transportation, reverse logistics and recycling together across a complex, multi-location network.
Experience Across Complex Operations.
Beyond our flagship government program, these are the operational domains Royal Bridge International executes in the field — across logistics, transportation, distribution, reverse logistics, recycling, government programs and supply-chain operations.

Government Programs
Structured logistics and multi-location execution for complex public-sector programs, coordinated end to end.

National Reverse-Logistics Networks
Collection and return networks that move products and materials back through the chain for recovery, processing or recycling.

Distribution & Last-Mile
Multi-echelon distribution moving products across many locations and delivery points on defined timelines.

Recycling & Material Recovery
Collection, transportation and recovery workflows that turn post-use materials into measurable circular outcomes.

Fleet & Transportation Operations
Vehicle deployment, routing and road-freight movement managed as a controlled operational system.

Supply-Chain Orchestration
Planning and coordination that connect individual logistics functions into one integrated operating model.
